Sub 70 659 Forged Raw Iron Combo CB-MB

The most common combo set makeup in forged irons is a cavity back and muscle back head design. The 659 Raw CB offers the same soft feel as the other models in the lineup with some additional forgiveness on even the slightest of mishits. On the other hand, the 659 Raw MB offers maximum workability and flight control to the player. It’s a matchup that allows players to have some margin for error on their longer irons but also allows them the best opportunity for shot making on their scoring irons.

The 659 CB is the next iteration of our award winning 639 CB. The 659 CB maintains the same head size and offset as the 639, but with additional weight added to the bottom of the club to lower the center of gravity and add forgiveness on off center hits. The long irons (3, 4, and 5 irons) feature undercut technology, which creates a hotter face, better ball speeds, and more distance.
