SUB 70 GOLF offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't happy with how our clubs, apparel, or accessories are working for you we will make it right for you. Please understand that we are a small business of passionate golfers doing everything we can to offer the highest quality, best performing, and fairest priced products in the golf industry. We are proud to stand behind our products with exceptional customer service and we want you to be happy that you gave us your business.
Below is our official return and exchange policy, but we encourage you to reach out to us at returns@golfsub70.com or 877-267-7093 so we can work to fix any problems. Take a look at our reviews and you'll see that customers talk about our customer service (almost) as much as they talk about our products.

• We offer a 30-day window from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us at 202 Lucas Street, Sycamore, IL 60178.
• To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Apparel and accessories must be unworn and unused with tags attached (if applicable). You are always free to play the clubs, but any custom stamping, paint fills, reshafts, regrips, or other alterations will void the return policy.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the 10% restocking fee. If you selected store credit or the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue a gift card for the refund amount. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank/card provider to post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can correct the issue.
We offer a 12-month warranty for issues that arise during the normal course of play. Please contact us at customer.support@golfsub70.com or 877-267-7093 to submit a warranty request.
